Let’s talk first. Our free consultation helps us determine if we’re a good fit for your home’s needs.
Then, we do a comprehensive onboarding. You get to offload your entire home to-do list. You get a thorough assessment of your home and the necessary maintenance and repairs your home needs. We build a digital twin of your home, capturing details like your paint color, appliance model information, room sizes, and so much more. Finally, we give you a prioritized, priced to-do list so you know where to start and what to expect. This onboarding is $500.
From there, you get to pick how you engage. We offer annual packages for full concierge and preventive maintenance. Pricing is based on the size of your home.
If you aren’t ready to sign up for annual plans, we offer projects and repairs at cost plus 20%.
If you just need someone to meet vendors at your home and oversee their work, our rate is $125/hour.
And finally, we do chores too. Our hourly rate for things like laundry, grocery shopping, and errands is $75/hour.
