Each homeowner we partner with is unique. We craft plans that meet your specific needs.
We start with an onboarding where we capture your home’s details. Pricing is based on the size of your home (example: 2000 sq ft = $200). Coordination service is charged at an hourly rate of $125/hour with bulk discounts available.
Maintenance: we develop a plan based on your home’s size, components, construction, and systems
Projects and renovations: we deliver coordination and oversight and we add 20% to the project cost, similar to a GC
Chores: we offer a competitive hourly rate with recurring service discounts

No, we don’t have long-term contracts.
Home management onboarding ($500) delivers your home’s digital twin. This is required before home management services will start.
Home management and chore monthly service is billed in arrears. We do the work, we provide you with an invoice and accounting of the work.
Projects and renovations are milestone-based, custom-developed for each project.

Within 48 hours you’ll have priorities set and service on the calendar. -
