    • Chores: we offer a competitive hourly rate with recurring service discounts

    Home management onboarding ($500) delivers your home’s digital twin. This is required before home management services will start.

    Home management and chore monthly service is billed in arrears. We do the work, we provide you with an invoice and accounting of the work.

    Projects and renovations are milestone-based, custom-developed for each project.

  • How fast will I see results?
    Within 48 hours you’ll have priorities set and service on the calendar.

  • Not unless you’d like to be involved in the day-to-day, but we charge more for that 😏.

    You’ll receive a simple, executive-style summary; we handle the details.
