We build a digital twin of your home, with details like paint color, appliance model information, room sizes, and so much more so we don’t have to bother you to get started on your projects
Within 48 hours, you receive a prioritized and priced project list
This onboarding takes ~4 hours total and is $500
We offer annual packages for concierge and preventive maintenance service. Pricing is based on the size of your home.
Projects and repairs are priced at cost plus 30%.
If you simply need someone to meet vendors at your home and oversee their work, our rate is $125/hour.
