Start here: onboarding

Our onboarding gets your home’s details - out of your head and into our system. We start with a conversation about your wants and nice-to-haves.

Then we do a thorough examination of your home to determine what it needs. We take pictures and measurements. We capture appliance model and serial numbers. We document everything.

We build a detailed plan for your home, including:

  • Recommended maintenance schedule for all appliances and systems within your home

  • Projects or repairs that should be prioritized including cost estimates for each

  • Your nice-to-haves, scoped with budgets and timelines assessed

  • Vendor schedule for desired services, including cleaning, lawn care, pool care

Onboarding fee: $500

Ongoing home management

We’re onsite 1-2x per month depending on your travel needs and your home’s conditions. Any vendors are scheduled and their work is overseen.

Any work booked is communicated to you in advance. We pay vendors and markup that cost by 25% to cover our team’s time onsite to oversee their work.

You receive one monthly bill with full transparency about what was done.

  • 24 hours of scheduling, oversight, or handyman services annually

  • Any necessary repairs or projects handled at cost

  • Established, high-quality vendor relationships

  • Home profile maintenance (like an electronic health record for your home)

  • Property oversight while you are away

  • All vendors scheduled, overseen, and costs passed through at 20% markup

Price: annual price = 2X home size billed monthly, quarterly (5% discount), or annually (10% discount)

For example, if your home is 3,500 square feet, the annual plan is $7000.

  • Seasonal home walkthroughs and checklist completion

  • Bi-annual smoke and CO detector testing and battery replacement

  • All vendors scheduled, overseen, and costs passed through at 20% markup
