If you're an adult child reading this on behalf of a parent, we understand what's at stake. We've built this service to give families visibility without overstepping. Your parent's homeowner portal can be shared with you so you always know what's been done, what's coming up, and that someone trustworthy is looking after the home.

Pricing

One-time onboarding: $500

Includes your whole-home safety and maintenance assessment, prioritized to-do list, and homeowner portal setup — shareable with family members.

Ongoing management: $300/month

Vendor and service costs billed at a fixed markup and presented transparently.

When we meet vendors at your home, onsite time is billed at $100/hour — you'll always know in advance when an onsite visit is needed and approximately how long it will take.
