Pricing
One-time onboarding: $500
Includes your whole-home safety and maintenance assessment, prioritized to-do list, and homeowner portal setup — shareable with family members.
Ongoing management: $300/month
Vendor and service costs billed at a fixed markup and presented transparently.
When we meet vendors at your home, onsite time is billed at $100/hour — you'll always know in advance when an onsite visit is needed and approximately how long it will take.
