Our post-close concierge service is designed with the homeowner’s experience in mind. The homeowner gets a single point of contact for anything their home needs for up to 5 years after closing. We deliver:

A digitized record of all of their home’s details, including new appliance models and serial numbers, design choices, and contact information
We schedule and oversee the recommended preventive maintenance for the new systems in their home
We perform regular inspections to ensure any signs of issues are recognized and corrected early, reinforcing that positive experience
If the homeowner desires, we can also offer additional concierge services
