It all starts with a conversation. Then, a thorough examination. Pictures and measurements. Appliance model and serial numbers. We document everything.
From there, we build the to-do list for your home.

You enjoy the peace of mind knowing that your home will be cared-for completely. You have a plan and a partner in place for anything that should arise.
Concierge Home Service
Your home, fully managed and maintained for you.
Price: annual price = 2X home size billed monthly, quarterly (5% discount), or annually (10% discount)
For example, if your home is 3,500 square feet, the annual plan is $7000.

Preventive Maintenance
You don’t need a concierge but your home still needs to be maintained. This is your home’s annual physical, handled for you.
Price: annual price = home size billed monthly, quarterly (5% discount), or annually (10% discount)
For example, if your home is 3,500 square feet, the annual plan is $3,500.

Homeowner’s Helper

This isn’t house cleaning. This is all those other tasks that pile up and leave you with no free time to pursue your passions, or just rest.
Price: $75/hour

As-Needed Services
Perhaps you aren’t ready to hand everything off, but you do have a to-do list. Rest assured we can help you get that to-do list done.
Repairs
The little things that just need to get fixed. You don’t have to diagnose the problem, vet service providers, read reviews, or handle scheduling.
Price: Cost plus 20%

You have the vision. We make it happen, without you having to manage a single contractor call. Whether you're updating a kitchen, remodeling a bathroom, or taking on a whole-home refresh, we serve as your dedicated project manager. We help you find and vet the right contractors, oversee the work, and keep things on budget and on schedule.
Price: 15% of project budget
