Home Assessment

Your home’s to-do list - out of your head

We start with a conversation about your wants and nice-to-haves. Then we do a thorough examination of your home to determine what it needs. We take pictures and measurements. We capture appliance model and serial numbers. We document everything.

We build a detailed plan for your home, including:

  • Recommended maintenance schedule for all appliances and systems within your home

  • Projects or repairs that should be prioritized including cost estimates for each

The home assessment is included with our preventive maintenance services

Preventive Maintenance Pricing

  • Up to 2,999 square feet: $3000 annually or $750 quarterly

  • 3,000 to 4,999 square feet: $4000 annually or $1000 quarterly

  • Above 5,000 square feet: $6000 annually or $1500 quarterly
