Neurodivergent homeowners

Several customers share the trait of neuro-divergence.  They come to Stardust seeking a helping hand with overwhelm.  Their traits show up differently, including challenges in making decisions, or challenges in finishing tasks.

Our home project management service is a great fit for professionals and families with neurodivergence.  We can help you keep track of the tasks that can become overwhelming to you.  We also help you better understand what to expect with each task.

With Stardust, we start with onboarding.  This is a comprehensive digital home audit where we go through every room and space in your home.  As we document, we capture homeowner desires and frustrations, along with home details like paint colors, floor coverings, color matching and desired color palette.

Once the onboarding is complete, we create your home’s digital audit.  This is a single location for all the details of your home, including your appliance models/serials numbers and all those paint colors and finishes throughout your home.

The next step is a very collaborative process to create your home’s to-do list.  We start with an initial prioritization based on the discussion in the onboarding session.  We add expectations for budget and time.  The homeowner responds with feedback on the prioritization.  Once this is done, we have your to-do list.

From there, it’s a matter of executing.  You give us the go-ahead, and we find the right vendors to get that to-do list to done.  You can choose to be as involved as you’d like.  Some customers want to be actively involved.  Others prefer to have check-ins throughout the process, little bite-sized snippets that keep them informed but do not overwhelm them.

The most satisfying part for us is seeing the items come off the to-do list as they are completed.  The most satisfying part for our customers is enjoying their home and the freedom that comes with letting someone else complete your home’s to-do list.
