• Develop a budget

• Collaborate on a to-do list

Once we finish your onboarding, we will create a digital audit of your home:

• Appliance models and serial numbers, including pool equipment if any

• Flooring types

• Exterior ground cover types

• Problem areas

• Anything else we need to know about you or your home (allergies, special needs, etc)

• Meet vendors at your home, oversee their work to quality and completion
