Tasks:

• Replace air filters and clean return vents

• Clear and flush HVAC drain line

• Clean refrigerator coils and interior shelves

• Inspect refrigerator/freezer door seals

• Test smoke/CO detectors again

• Clean dryer vent (if high-lint use household)

• Lubricate garage door

• Inspect window and door screens

• Inspect exterior lighting and replace bulbs

• Clean dishwasher filter and run a maintenance cycle

• Clean sinks and p-traps
