Before we take responsibility for your home, we need to understand it. Our initial inspection gives us, and you, a complete baseline: what's been maintained, what's been deferred, and what needs attention now versus later. You'll receive a written report with findings, priorities, and a recommended care plan. No surprises for us, no surprises for you.

Senior Home Safety Assessment
Starting at $295 and available as a standalone service or as part of new client onboarding
Designed for older adults who want to remain in their homes safely and confidently, and for the families who love them. We conduct a thorough room-by-room safety evaluation, identify fall hazards and accessibility gaps, and provide a prioritized list of modifications that can make a meaningful difference. For our home management customers, we coordinate and oversee the recommended work.
**What's included:**
- Room-by-room safety walkthrough
- Fall hazard identification (lighting, flooring, transitions, bath and stair safety)
- Accessibility assessment (entry, mobility pathways, grab bar placement)
- Emergency preparedness review (smoke and CO detectors, egress, emergency contacts)
- Written report with prioritized recommendations
- Coordination referrals for any recommended modifications
Home Management Retainer
Starting at $395/month
This is the relationship. Your dedicated home manager learns your property inside and out, maintains your vendor network, and becomes your single point of contact for everything related to your home. We're available when something goes wrong and proactive when nothing has — because the best problems are the ones that never happen.
The retainer is not a bundle of tasks. It's the ongoing professional relationship that makes everything else possible. All add-on modules and project work are coordinated through your dedicated manager.

Chores & Household Tasks
Starting at $540/month
You’re building a beautiful life. You shouldn’t be bogged down by laundry or errands. Our household chores service is based on 1-2 visits per week.
Senior Home Visits
Starting at $300/month
Companionship offers so much value. We learn the homeowner’s preferences, sit with them, and even bring them their favorite meal. While we’re there, we assess their home to ensure its safety.
The fine print about home management
**Vendor cost handling.**
Every contractor invoice, material cost, and third-party service fee is billed transparently and without hidden fees. You’ll always receive itemized invoices for every service.
**No long-term contracts required.**
All monthly services are month-to-month by default. Annual agreements are available at a discount — equivalent to two months free — for clients who prefer predictable annual budgeting.
**Pricing shown is for reference.**
Maintenance module pricing shown is based on a 3,000 sq ft primary residence in the Austin area. All pricing is confirmed at your initial consultation, where we'll assess your home's size, complexity, and specific needs.
**Add-on modules are flexible.**
You can add, change, or pause any module with 30 days' notice. Your retainer stays in place; the modules around it can evolve as your needs do.
